NOW Translations - Language Translation

Thomas and Christiane were penpals.

Before meeting Christiane, Thomas was a freelance writer and desktop publisher. Before meeting Thomas, Christiane was involved in writing and photography for the travel industry.

Christiane visited Thomas on summer vacation. They fell in love and got married. Soon after, Christiane secured a position for the world's best-known translation agency. Thomas joined her as a freelancer, handling DTP for several foreign languages.

They got the idea they could take what they'd learned at this renowned agency and, with the excellent freelance translators and editors they'd worked with, start their own company. NOW Translations was born.

The world is full of start-ups (and upstarts) where the owners think they can compete with the big guys, do things better. Some succeed. Some fail. Thomas and Christiane, owners of NOW Translations, are blessed to have turned their start-up dreams into a success. In the interim, several agencies they'd freelanced for or worked for full-time, have closed shop. Fortunately for Thomas and Christiane, they built strong relationships with the language experts at those agencies and still work with them today.

Those language experts: translators, editors, proofers, desktop publishers, voice talent (and more) have proven themselves to be true professionals. They are talented, reliable, experienced specialists, the only language experts Thomas and Christiane use. Some of the relationships are past the 15 year mark at this point and still going strong. Thomas and Christiane consider these hard working pros around the world to be a tremendous blessing and a key reason for the success of NOW Translations.
